Sarah's Fitness and Fashion: Fashion in Nature ...Can it Be Done ?

Fashion in nature certainly can be achieved . It would take a few modifications or "alterations" if you will...lol. Before attempting to do something useful and constructive for ourselves and the earth , we must first CEASE from any destructive actions ; and we can begin by halting productions of unnatural , unhealthy garment manufacturing and simply REPLACING the materials of said factory , with all natural materials that do NOT involve the slaughtering of innocent animals. This can not and should not be forced on factory and product owners and developers, but rather discussed and explained in a peaceful and businesslike manner . Respect for eachother is essential in all our dealings or else it would defeat the purpose ! Riots, anger and upheaval , never accomplishes anything good or permanent.

FOR SOME FASHION FUN : Let's talk starfish and seashells! There are endless ways to accessorize with seashells of all sizes, colors, and shapes !

You can wear them in your hair ( for summer of course...they wouldn't be suitable on a winter day or for a formal occasion) . Star fish and seashells look beautiful together on a bracelet , belt or trim for a flowing white skirt ! Due to the neutral and natural tans , browns and pinks of seashell coloring, they look great with brown , white , pink , or sand tinted clothing . In truth , you can trim anything in seashells and/ or starfish , including your shoes boots, a pair of moccasins , or even a child's room decor and drapery .

As one who is equally concerned about health and fashion , I eagerly await the day that clothing will be dyed through natural coloring , such as beet juice or lemon rinds ! I feel that it is no coincidence that grapes , for example, leave irremovable stains. I believe it was not made for the purpose of dripping onto clothing or ruin carpeting! I believe that everything has a constructive purpose, if only we look for it ! For example I have a theory that G-d created the beet and grapes that leave a stain on in order to give permanent coloring to clothing and makeup ! Now that's doing fashion , the natural way!

As a fashion stylist and naturalist , I see the world and nature as my design palette. Call me the "Pocahantes of Fashion " if you will ! We can learn a lot about what clothing matches well, by observing and getting ideas from how G-d set up the colors of sky , next to water ( light blue and dark blue) and earth next to trees
