Fabulous Fashions & Fitness !!

You have an array of choices of ways to get fit and get your figure fashion friendly ! ( Say that fast 3 times in a row!) 

Everyone looks great in their clothes when they are healthy , fit and not overweight! So what is it going to be? Sugar and junkfood or delicious healthy , all natural snacks? 

Sitting on the couch, munching away and watching tv OR take up an outdoor sport activity? Here you will be provided with ideas and choices ; just choose one that you feel is feasable for you...in other words ...pick your favorite sport! 

Tennis : excellent choice! Lot's of fun and some neighborhoods  have free tennis courts. You may have to wait a half an hour to get a turn but you will get to watch the other players and learn from their playing method. You will also make friends , if you wish, while you wait to use the net or find a tennis partner! 

Kayaking : Great fun and a good cool down in the summer! Again, some places offer a free twenty minutes of kayaking! Love being on the water ? This is for you!

Biking: incredible fun and you can get a used bike for 70 dollars and tour the state or you can simply ride down to your nearest park or beach and enjoy the sun and travel!

Only  have a dollar? Buy a handball ! At your nearest park, with a handball court , you can have hours of fun every day! Even fifteen minutes each day of this fast paced game is an excellent workout!

Swimming : excellent for all ages but especially for the elderly and anyone with joint trouble ! Nothing as wonderful or invigorating as a good swim !

Walking : Any time of year , any hour of the day...it is the absolute best!! You can speedwalk or lead up to a jog, you can sprint or just walk fast enough to get your heart beat up a bit . My motto is "breakfast, then walk fast " . A good time to walk is a half an hour or hour AFTER your meal, but DON'T do it right after eating, because the stomach must not be jostled around or disturbed in any way , while it begins the digestion process !
