SPORTY MOMS STAY IN SHAPE WITH SARAH'S FASHION & FITNESS

Active or athletic ladies who keep fit and are on the move three or more times a week, with outdoor fun sports activities are able to go through pregnancy , childbirth and caring for their newborn, much more easily than mothers who lead a sedentary lifestyle!!  This should come as no surprise !! Having an active , healthy outdoor lifestyle before having a baby, is much like training for the olympics , only your medal is a healthy baby and a healthy you!! Here we see some active new moms , keeping up with their healthy daily routines! In any season, even in the snow, the smart ones , bundle up and go! yoga, running, stretching, even rollerblading! Whereever you have to go...take the long way and make it a nature hike!! Your health and baby's health will benefit immensely!
